Unable to Create Event Processing Rule

Hi Team,

I am unable to create custom event processing rule in my tenant. I am getting the below error,

“Handler dispatch failed; nested exception is unable to create new native thread : unable to create new native thread.”

The tenant has Esper cep engine. Please help.
