From Enterprise tenant ,I can view all subtenant Usage and Statistic ,However I am not able to view Master tenant Usage Statistics

can someone help me to monitor master tenant statistics

Of course you can:
In “Home” in Administration you see the statistics of your current tenant.
you can also retrieve them via API:
